Kevin Scherer is a North Idaho real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Jacklin Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Dalton Gardens, Rathdrum, Athol, and the greater Coeur d’Alene Lake area.

With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in real estate investing, property management, property development, and custom construction, Kevin brings a practical, well-rounded perspective to every transaction. Before becoming an agent, he experienced real estate from the client’s side, buying and selling homes and building multiple custom residences. That background gives him a clear understanding of the decisions, challenges, and opportunities involved in buying, building, and selling property.

Kevin assists clients with residential homes, land, acreage, waterfront property, new construction, and investment real estate. He also works with first-time buyers, relocating families, and clients purchasing property from outside the area.
