It was remarkable because the house was old, had been a rental for years and needed some work. She had great insight as to what we needed to do to make it look less shabby. She personally found a contractor and cleaning company to do the work and went to the home, which I might add is an hour away from her residence. She even did some of the work herself. She was aware I had recently lost my husband and had been dealing with some health issues, and was sensitive to that when explaining the process, and in making it as stress free as possible. I would without reservation recommend her to anyone wanting a realtor who goes above and beyond what is necessary. With our previous realtor ( for our first house) we did all the leg work on finding the properties that we liked using various home finding sites and he would schedule a viewing, we just assumed that's how it worked. Not with Cheyenne! Cheyenne took the time to find out what our friend was looking for and brought properties to our attention that not only met his needs, but exceeded them! So much so that we were not even in the market for a new house, but she found us such a perfect home we just could not pass up on the chance to purchase one ourselves!
